How can I be happy when there is so much (animal) suffering and injustice out there? Do I even have the right to be happy as long as I know that exploitation, abuse and killing of animals is happening in the world?

I asked myself exactly these questions 3 years ago when I went vegan. Things looked pretty bleak inside me at the time. And the search for answers to these questions was a journey to myself that allowed me to heal and grow. If you are also asking yourself these questions, then I would like to invite you from the bottom of my heart to read on and be touched by my words.
