As a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2017, I have experienced and accompanied many people in 1:1 training sessions or in groups who barely felt themselves and had no real connection to their body and its signals. This often resulted in massive physical complaints, pain and restricted movement. Or even a reluctance to exercise because it is forced.

It was all the more wonderful for me to experience how conscious, targeted bodywork can help us humans to re-establish this contact and develop a wonderful awareness of ourselves and our natural miracle - our body.

This can lead to a deep self-love and self-care that revolutionises our entire life and allows our body to heal naturally.

Because the better we feel our body and recognise its needs, the better we can give it exactly what it needs to be healthy, fit and able to cope with stress.

It's all about a healthy balance of tension and relaxation. That's why the "Conscious Movement Routine" is a combination of active and quiet movement, mobilisation, strengthening, always trying out new things, meditation, breathing exercises and inspiration for holistic, conscious health.

The Conscious Movement Rountine is a online group training and finds live via Zoom takes place. So you can be there from anywhere.

In addition, during your membership you can access all Recordings of the last 3 months and use them whenever you want.

It always feels really good!

I always look forward to the training sessions. It's different and always feels really good. The "headstand" the other day was an exciting experience and very unusual. I thought I was going to fall over backwards, but it worked. I'm looking forward to more attempts!

I dare to try out more and more new things!

You help to break boundaries with love and awareness. Physically and mentally. During the sessions, I realise that my body is capable of so much more. Taking part in the training is so good for me and allows me to try out new things more courageously in everyday life.

Interested in personal 1:1 support?

In addition to the Conscious Movement Routine - the online group training - there is also the option for us to work very individually 1:1 on your physical and mental goals.

This is very effective and healing if you have specific goals, wishes and/or challenges that we cannot address individually in the group.

This can be very helpful in cases of specific pain, restricted movement or health complaints, for example.

This individual 1:1 work can take place both online via Zoom and offline.

As I am currently travelling, it can be a wonderful opportunity to spend your holiday / time out with 1:1 company at our current place of living (currently in Sweden) and work together so intensively offline.

We can discuss what exactly the accompaniment can look like and what exactly you need in a free 15-minute introductory meeting.
