Water, still and preferably not from a plastic bottle, is THE basis with which we should mainly supply our body so that it can function properly. Once that's done, it can also be something with a different flavour and consistency that brings variety to the day's drinks.

Fancy something creamy and milky??? I've got something for you!!!

Almost as good as a protein shake...

This creamy mango lassi is just great! And the "secret ingredient" silken tofu even gives it the touch of a supposedly healthy protein shake.

But to be honest - I don't like categorising dishes or drinks according to their macronutrients, because there is always so much more to them than that.

Enjoy the pleasure of savouring!

So get your blender ready and then simply savour the fullness of the lassi. I promise it will do you good!

Preparation time: approx. 10 min

Ingredients for 2 portions

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut from the stone
  • 400 ml still water
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar or date sweetener
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation 

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend to a creamy, smooth liquid.

Pour into two glasses, garnish with mint and enjoy straight away.

Enjoy your drink!
