Toppings make it really exciting


Preparation time: approx. 40 min
Ingredients for 2-3 portions

250 g rice pudding
-
1 litre of plant milk (e.g. oat milk)
-
4 tbsp sugar
-
fresh vanilla seeds (alternatively vanilla powder or vanilla sugar)
Toppings:
-
Cinnamon & sugar
-
Jam / jelly
-
Applesauce
-
Cocoa nibs
-
fresh, chopped fruit
-
Nut butter
Preparation
Cook the rice with the plant milk, sugar and vanilla according to the pack instructions.
Stir occasionally so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. The rice pudding is ready after approx. 30 minutes.
The rice pudding can now be eaten warm or cold.
Simply refine with toppings of your choice and enjoy.
