Hummus is super quick to make and can be used in so many different ways. I love this paste because it is so tasty and filling, super healthy, provides great protein and, above all, is so quick to make.

Now there's really no reason to buy ready-made hummus! 🙂

Simply puree all the ingredients together and the cream is ready.

"Secret ingredient" white beans

The white beans are very important because they make the hummus really creamy. So be sure to add them!
Preparation time: approx. 15 min

Ingredients for 4-6 portions

  • 1 jar of chickpeas
  • 1 jar of white beans
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some water

Preparation 

Puree all the ingredients with a hand blender to a smooth cream.

Already finished 🙂

Tastes great as a dip with vegetable sticks or fresh bread, as a spread or as an ingredient in a bowl.
