It couldn't be simpler
Ingredients for 2 portions
- 200 ml soya milk (or any other plant-based milk that suits your taste)
- 140 g spelt flour
- 80 ml mineral water
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Margarine for baking
Preparation
Heat a pan, pour in some margarine, allow to melt and then pour half of the batter into the pan and allow to set.
When the dough has completely set, divide into four pieces and turn over. Tear into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon and bake until golden brown on all sides.
